There are regular talks by visiting speakers, exercise classes, bingo and card sessions. Stonehill House is well served by the visiting library. From time to time, community groups and staff provide entertainment for the residents. Birthdays of residents are always celebrated and the Society recently enjoyed marking the 20th Anniversary of the opening of Stonehill House.

Residents are encouraged to take part in the many activities available in the village, such as WI meetings, Village Society meetings, religious services etc.
